- 1 banana very ripe, mashed
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cran raisins
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
Preheat oven to 325° .
Prepare cookie sheets by lining with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add first 4 ingredients and stir until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk to combine remaining ingredients.
Add wet ingredients with dry and stir until thoroughly combined.
Place dough by the heaping tablespoonful on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and dough is set. Check often to be sure not to burn.
Allow to cool on cooling rack, and then store in an airtight container at room temperature.
