Servings: 1 people
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk (or any milk substitute such as almond or soy milk, which ever you prefer in your coffee)
- Flavoring such as chocolate sauce, vanilla, butterscotch sauce, or caramel sauce **optional
In a bowl, combine the instant coffee, coconut sugar, and hot water. Using an electric mixer, whip on high until the coffee is the consistency of whipped cream.
