Cuban Model Black Beans

Fast Cuban Model Black Beans
- 2 tsp olive oil

- 15 oz can black beans, don’t drain (I want Goya)
- 1/2 cup water, or extra if wanted
- 1 bay leaf
- few pinches cumin, to style
- pinch oregano
- 1 tsp crimson wine vinegar
- salt and black pepper to style
Chop onion, garlic, scallions, crimson pepper, and cilantro in a mini chopper of meals processor.
Add oil to a medium-sized pot on medium warmth.
Add greens to the pot and saute till smooth, about 3 minutes.
Add beans, water, bay leaf, cumin, oregano, crimson wine vinegar, salt and black pepper and produce to a boil.
Decrease warmth and canopy, simmer about quarter-hour stirring sometimes (modify water as wanted).
Style for salt and serve.
